Price depends on the condition of the existing slab, the size of the area and the system you choose — a roll-on epoxy in a single garage sits at the affordable end, while a flake or designer finish over a large commercial floor costs more per square metre. Preparation is the variable that moves the number most, which is why we quote on site rather than over the phone. Every quote is free and itemised so you can see exactly what you are paying for.

A standard residential garage is usually ground, coated and cured over two to three days. Commercial floors run to the area involved, but rapid-cure systems such as MMA can be laid overnight and walked on two hours later, which is why they suit shopping centres and food premises that cannot close. We give you a day-by-day plan with the quote so you know when the space is out of action.

Usually, yes. We diamond grind back to sound concrete, cut out and fill cracks and joints, and degrease contaminated areas before anything is applied. Old paint and failing coatings come off as part of the preparation. If a slab has a moisture problem or structural movement we will tell you before you commit — coating over those issues only hides them for a season.

Coastal humidity, salt air and hard UV are exactly the conditions we build for. Exposed areas such as patios, driveways and alfresco spaces get non-yellowing UV-stable topcoats, and wet areas get a slip-rated finish. Indoors, an epoxy or polished concrete floor stays cooler underfoot than tile through a Sunshine Coast summer and will not lift or bubble the way glued flooring can.
